Business Insurance celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2017.
It debuted on October 30, 1967, was published by Crain Communications Inc. for several decades, and was acquired in 2019 by Business Insurance Holdings, a division of Beacon Intercontinental Group, Inc. led by Steve Acunto.
Beacon operates on three continents and has representatives in all major cities in the US and EU.
