View from the Top: Danielle Lisenbey, Broadspire Services
Danielle Lisenbey is the global president of Broadspire Services Inc., the third-party administrator for Crawford & Co. Having studied engineering in college, she began her career in insurance working in medical management systems. In 2012 she became the first female member of Crawford & Co.’s global executive team and in 2013 was named a Woman to Watch by Business Insurance. Ms. Lisenbey, who is based in Atlanta, recently spoke with Business Insurance Assistant Editor Louise Esola on workers compensation industry challenges as the world grapples with COVID-19 infections among workers and what’s to come. Jim Wetekamp, Riskonnect
Jim Wetekamp became CEO of Atlanta-based Riskonnect Inc. in April 2018. A few months later, private-equity-backed Riskonnect acquired rival risk management information services provider Marsh ClearSight, formerly a unit of Marsh LLC. Before joining Riskonnect, Mr. Wetekamp was CEO of BravoSolution, a cloud procurement technology solution provider. Mr. Wetekamp recently spoke with Business Insurance Deputy Editor Claire Wilkinson about how the integration has gone and how the RMIS provider is supporting its customers amid COVID-19.
