BKCW pays for all certifications and CE and provides bonuses for completing designations. We want our team to be the most educated and knowledgeable consultants in the business. We strive to create new and efficient ways to work with back-up and redundancy so that everyone has a team member they can count on. When someone plans a family vacation, we want them to truly be out of the office and not worried about work. Communication is always front of mind for BKCW.
