NEW YORK–The Spencer Educational Foundation Inc. on Monday appointed Brion Callori and Andrew Miller to its board of directors.

Mr. Callori is vp and operations manager for Factory Mutual Insurance Co., where he oversees FM Global’s New York insurance and engineering operations. Mr. Miller is director of corporate communications at Parsippany, N.J.-based GAB Robins Global Group of Cos.

The New York-based Spencer Educational Foundation awarded more than $300,000 in scholarships and more than $150,000 in grants in 2007.
