Willis Towers Watson PLC named Andrew Krasner chief financial officer, succeeding Mike Burwell, who is taking on a senior role in the medical and data analytics industry. Previously, Mr. Krasner was global treasurer and head of mergers and acquisitions at Willis before leaving to become CFO at AssuredPartners Inc. in February.
