GOALS FOR NEW POSITION: My goal is to partner with the Gallagher public sector and K-12 team to assist the group on sales opportunities and provide meaningful material that will help them be successful by pulling from my experience in working with some of Gallaghers larger and more complex accounts. Public schools, municipalities, state governments, special districts and pooling organizations have all been on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic, magnifying the importance of risk management and insurance for the industry now and in the future. My focus will be to help break down the complex challenges our clients face and help schools and public entities get back to the business of serving their communities.

ADVICE: My best advice to anyone starting in this industry would be, dont be afraid to ask questions, be present and willing to jump in to assist at any time. I have found being in the right place at the right time is one of the best ways to learn in this industry. You become someone who can be counted on as a problem-solver.

LOOKING FORWARD TO: I am looking forward to working with the Gallagher public sector and K-12 leadership team and the new opportunities that will open up to me. This position will enable me to be better at my job by allowing me a seat at the table as part of the national team and to participate on moving the practice forward.
FAVOURITE MEAL: Hard to pick just one, so I would describe my favorite meal as anything I can enjoy with family, friends and a glass of wine nearby.

HOBBIES: I enjoy hiking and discovering waterfalls on the Appalachian trails. Growing up, I was very active in equestrian sports and take every opportunity to get back in the arena. I enjoy watching the Olympics and cheering on my favorite riders as they jump incredible heights. One of my favorite things about this sport is that both men and women with their horses compete in the same event to win.

ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON: If the weather is just right, I enjoy sitting on my back porch with my furry child (pet), watching hummingbirds visit my garden, and reading a good book with a glass of wine in hand.
