INDUSTRY OUTLOOK: I think the outlook for the industry is very positive we certainly live in interesting times, as there will be much foundational change in the next few years. Everywhere I look (at both brokers and insurers), there is still work to be done to fully realize the benefits and opportunities that technology can deliver for our industry and our clients, but we are making good progress. I am upbeat about the changes that will come and the market efficiencies that technology will generate for our clients benefit.
GOALS FOR NEW POSITION: To continue to implement our global specialty model. We deliver better advice, insight, transactional results and colleague opportunities when we have the same-shared industry experience and focus as our clients. Marsh has an incredibly experienced and talented team supporting clients across the energy, power and renewable industries, and I am looking forward to working with them to continue to build out our expertise and relevance.
