Risk Strategies named Kent, Connecticut-based Tracy Hoffman managing director, national health care practices managed care team. She succeeds Riggs Stephenson, who will remain with the firm, working with Hoffman and her team to ensure client and team continuity. Previously, Ms. Hoffman was an executive vice president.
