U.S.-based insurance broker Acrisure LLC has acquired U.K.-based specialist commercial insurance broker CRK Commercial Insurance Services Ltd., Reinsurance News reported. CRK specializes in catering to the manufacturing and engineering industries. The transaction is expected to complete in October.
