German commercial insurance broker MRH Trowe AG has acquired a majority stake in Hamburg-based AFM Holding AG, which is one of the top 25 industrial insurance brokers in Germany, Private Equity Wire reported. AFM Holding has a strong portfolio of over 70,000 commercial and high-value private customers and the acquisition will enable MRH Trowe to strengthen its footprint in Northern Germany.
