Missoula County in Montana has proposed a 3% increase to its employee benefits medical plan for Fiscal Year 2022 in order to cover rising pharmacy costs, Missoula Current reports. According to county risk manager Erika Grinde, the increase affects Missoula ‘s larger benefits plan that is now seeing pharmacy costs reaching $2.5 million by the end of this fiscal year compared to $1.9 million spent last fiscal year.
