U.K.-based insurance technology company Stubben Edge Group Ltd. has acquired Lloyd’s broker Genesis Special Risks Ltd., Reinsurance News reported. GSR offers wholesale insurance and reinsurance for specialist products such as guaranteed asset protection, assistance and extended warranties.
