Independent Lloyd’s of London broker Ramon International Insurance Brokers Ltd. has opened an office in South Korea and has announced a new acquisition to drive its Asian business expansion, Reinsurance News reported. The broker has bought a majority stake in Seoul-based CKI Korea through its parent company Kastor Holdings Ltd. The company will be rebranded as Ramon Korea Ltd. with immediate effect.
