Perils adds European flood risk to offering

Swiss catastrophe data provider Perils AG will start providing exposure data and event industry loss data on European flood risks, Artemis reported. Perils will include data on total insured properties that are exposed to flood for Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.K. Its service will include loss reporting for both wind and flood events, where losses are €500 million ($507 million) or higher.
