NEW YORK—Starr International USA Inc. made two senior-level appointments Tuesday to the insurer’s accident and health group.

Wayne Gutridge has been named head of North America for Starr’s accident and health group. Previously, he was North American head of mass consumer markets of the accident and health division of Zurich North America Commercial.

In addition, Starr named Colleen Gannon head of accident and health operations for North America. Ms. Gannon previously was vp of operations for the accident and health division of Zurich North America Commercial.

Both are based in New York.
