Super typhoon pummels Philippines; could trigger cat bond

Typhoon Noru wreaked havoc in the Philippines, prompting authorities to suspend work, school and retail operations on Sept. 26, after it made landfall in the country’s main Luzon island, BNN Bloomberg reported.
