Typhoon Muifa made its second landfall in China in Shanghai’s Fengxian district on Sept. 15 after making first landfall in Zhejiang province on Sept. 14, forcing the country to activate its highest typhoon emergency response level, Siasat reported citing Xinhua. Local authorities also issued a red alert for flash floods on Sept. 14, while more than 1.3 million Zhejiang residents were relocated to avoid potential casualties.
