London's Court of Appeal has agreed to hold an oral hearing of a petition to revive a £5 billion ($6.95 billion) lawsuit against Anglo-Australian miner BHP Group Ltd. over Brazil ‘s Fundao dam collapse in 2015, Customercareal reported citing Reuters. The Court of Appeals refused a group of 200,000 Brazilian plaintiffs from launching a lawsuit in the U.K. against BHP in March since they were already seeking redress in Brazil.
