An underwriter has won a ruling against her former employer Swiss Re Corporate Solutions Services Ltd. over sexist treatment and unfair dismissal, Business Recorder reported citing AFP. The London court ruled that the plaintiff was subjected to “sexist, demeaning and derogatory” remarks from her senior manager, and direct sex-discrimination, sex-related harassment and maternity-related discrimination.
