Ambassadors

Women to Watch Volunteer Ambassadors represent the organization on a voluntary basis with the purpose of both raising awareness and funds for the work the Foundation undertakes. Regional Ambassadors play a vital role in representing the Foundation at local events and functions, speaking about our work and the importance of the funds our supporters raise. To expand our reach, the Foundation relies on Ambassadors to lean in to their network and to utilize social media to share the message of our work.

Role of Volunteer Ambassadors

  • To be a source of knowledge regarding potential funders including leadership givers, corporate supporters, and individual donors.
  • Identify and develop potential fundraising opportunities (with Board approval) in your local and regional area.
  • Distribute promotional materials to interested people.
  • Inspire others in your community or sphere of influence to financially support the work of the Foundation through donations and pledges.
  • Assist with Woman To Watch Foundation events that might be held locally, including fundraising events.
  • Be a source of information regarding potential future Board Members. ( Board members must be current or past Women To Watch Honorees).
